What are the usual delivery times?

We prepare and ship our orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 4 business days (depending on the nature of the products). Once the shipment is done, the transport is completed by LaPoste in 2 days. You have a tracking number. These delays are given as an estimation.

Are all items available in stock?

The articles proposed online are available in stock. However, given the time needed to update or in case of large orders, a stock shortage could occur. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to define together the next step.

What are the shipping fees?

For metropolitan France, the contribution to the shipping costs is 4€.

For shopping cart over 40€, the shipping costs are free.

Can I order from abroad?

Of course we do! Just contact us before you place your order. In this case, we will calculate the shipping costs to your country and contact you to inform you.
